About Our Fulfillment Model Thank you for shopping at SteezyRiders. All our premium apparel and digital streetwear pieces are custom-made and printed specifically for you upon receiving your order. This process helps us reduce overproduction and fabric waste, ensuring high-quality control across all global regions.

1. Fulfillment & Processing Windows

  • Standard Fulfillment Time: Because your items are made-to-order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production, quality checking, and packaging before your order is handed over to our shipping carriers.

  • Peak Seasons: During peak promotional windows, drop events, or global holidays, fulfillment times may expand to 4 to 7 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once your order has been professionally fulfilled, it is routed to our global delivery partners. Estimated shipping transits are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 3 – 8 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 3 – 7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5 – 12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days Please note: These are shipping travel times only and do not include the 2–5 business days required for initial fulfillment.

3. Global Order Routing & Tracking To provide the fastest delivery, your order is automatically routed to the closest international manufacturing and printing facility relative to your shipping destination (including partner facilities across the US, UK, EU, and Australia). You will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a live tracking link the moment your parcel is scanned into the carrier network.

4. Customs, Import Duties, & Regional Taxes International Duties Notice: Orders shipped outside our primary domestic printing hubs may be subject to import customs, local duties, and administrative border fees levied by the destination country. All such charges are the absolute responsibility of the customer. SteezyRiders has no direct operational control over foreign customs policies and cannot predict individual import assessments.

5. Address Changes & Lost Consignments Please double-check your shipping coordinates at checkout. We are legally and logistically unable to adjust delivery routing once manufacturing starts. SteezyRiders is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a tracking link shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local postal courier network directly using your tracking reference before reaching out to our support channels.


Return & Refund Policy

Our Made-to-Order Policy At SteezyRiders, each piece of apparel and streetwear is custom-printed, cut, and sewn to order upon purchase. Because we carry zero physical floor stock and manufacture entirely on demand, our return framework differs from conventional retail setups.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, physical damage sustained during transit, or if you receive the completely wrong product or size, we will issue a 100% free replacement or full refund.

  • Reporting Window: You must notify us via email within 14 days of delivery.

  • Required Validation: To initiate a claims file, please email us at freddie@steezyriders.com with your order number and include clear photographic evidence showing the product flaw, printing error, or shipping damage.

  • Return Shipping: For confirmed production errors, you do not need to ship the defective garment back; a brand new replacement will be generated immediately.

2. Buyer's Remorse & Sizing Exchanges Because each garment is individually produced on demand for your specific order selection, we cannot accept general returns, order cancellations, or item exchanges due to buyer's remorse, stylistic change of mind, or manual sizing errors. Please carefully review our size guide charts displayed on each product detail page before submitting your order.

3. Special Regional Protections (United Kingdom & European Union) UK/EU Consumer Protection Addendum: In compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act and the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, consumers residing in these economic zones possess a statutory 14-day window to cancel and return online purchases for any reason. If you are a resident of the UK or EU and wish to invoke your legal right to return a non-personalized stock item, the following rules apply:

  • You must formally notify our support desk within 14 days of package receipt.

  • The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its pristine original packaging with all retail hangtags attached.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer bears the complete cost of return shipping back to our verified return terminal. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.
